Welcome to Home Care Physio
Homecare Physio specialises in providing Physiotherapy care to clients in their home. We cater for those people who cannot, or find it difficult to attend a Physiotherapy practice.
Our Physiotherapists are dedicated health professionals, committed to helping you achieve your functional goals, through an individualised treatment program based on your specific needs.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapists have undergone years of training to learn techniques which work on the joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons within the body. After an injury, operation or just through lack of use joints can become stiff, muscles can become tight and ligaments/tendons less mobile. Also nerves can become less mobile due to scar tissue that may have settled around them. Manual therapy and massage can address these problems restoring movement in joints, length of muscles and mobility of nerves. Along with setting you exercises this treatment can help prepare your body to resist the stresses of daily activities.
Ergonomic Assessment - Our Physiotherapists can visit your office, assess workplace ergomonics - the position of desks, chairs, computer stations - and advise on best practice for postural care. We explain how simple alterations can help prevent back, neck and repetitive strain problems - and help save company money. A high percentage of the clients we see complain of either back or neck pain. In fact, up to 90% of the population suffer from back pain at some stage in their lives. The most common cause of these aches and pains is usually found by examining what we do every day, and especially what we do at work - how we sit, stand, move and lift things. And that’s where Homecare Physio comes in - because we can help fix those problems, often before they start.

Back To Work Programmes – We design exercise programmes to assist staff back to work after injury or back problems, and advice to prevent a recurrence of injuries. These can be tailored to group or individual situations.

Pilates - Our highly-qualified instructors provide on-site work-friendly Pilates classes or individual one-to-one sessions. Pilates is extremely beneficial for preventing injuries, maintaining flexibility, improving posture, fitness and reducing stress levels. This results in a happier, healthier and more productive workforce.

At Homecare Physio we work with a large group of healthcare professionals. If there are any other services that you require please do not hesitate to contact us.

They have the knowledge to help you to walk again properly or move properly after surgery. The ultimate goal being to return you to the hobbies and sports that you love.

Rheumatology Physiotherapy
A Rheumatic disease is classified by inflammation of the joints, muscles and other connective tissues. The disease can affect just one area or multiple areas throughout the body. There are numerous different types of rheumatic disease and often result in a reduction in body function and mobility.
We can provide experienced Physiotherapists to see you at home and work with you to help you manage your condition. The first time the Physiotherapist visits they will carry out a thorough assessment which includes looking at your mobility and walking aids, muscle strength and joint movement, posture and function. Following the assessment the Physiotherapist will discuss any treatments they can provide and set goals with you to improve your general function and mobility and achieve the maximum potential in your home, work and social life.
