নিম্ন লিখিত কার্যাবলী গুলো করতে হোম এইড কেয়ার বাংলাদেশ এর কর্মরত নার্স/ব্রাদার বাধ্য থাকিব।
১। যথা সময়ে কর্মস্থলে উপস্থিত থাকবে।
২। ব্লাড প্রেসার, পালস, জ্বর, গ্লুকোজ, শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস ইত্যাদি সঠিক সময়ে পরিমাপ করব।
৩। ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সঠিক সময়ে, পরিমানমত, নির্ভুল ঔষধ সেবন করাব। (মুখে /ইনঞ্জেকশন/এন জি টিউব/পায়খানার রাস্তার মাধ্যমে)।
৪। ঘুম থেকে তুলে মুখ মন্ডল সুন্দর করে পরিস্কার এবং অবশ্যই চোখের যত্ন নিব।
৫। সঠিক সময়ে গোসল করাব। হাত, পা এবং পিঠের যত্ন নিব।
৬। ২/৩ দিন পর পর সেভ ক্লীন করাব এবং সময় মত হাত ও পায়ের নখ কাটব।
৭। রোগী যে ভাবে থাকতে সাচ্ছন্দবোধ করে তাকে সে ভাবেই বসিয়ে বা শুইয়ে রাখব।
৮। চলা ফেরায় সাহায্য করব এবং অতি সতর্কতার সাথে সর্বদা পাশে থাকব।
৯। সঠিক সময়ে পরিমান মতো খাবার খাওয়াব। মুখে খাবার খেতে না পারলে এন জি টিউব বা যে কোন উপায়ে বার বার খাবার খাওয়ানোর চেষ্টা
করব।
১০। রোগীর শারীরে কোন প্রকার বেডসোর বা ক্ষত থকলে অবশ্যই সব সময় নজর রাখব, প্রয়োজনে ২/৩ ঘন্টা পর পর পাশ পরিবর্তন করব এবং অবস্থা বুঝে ড্রের্সিং করব।
১১। রোগীকে টয়লেটে নিয়ে যেতে সাহায্য করবে। বিছানায় পায়খানা, প্রসাব হলে অবশ্যই পরিস্কর করব। পায়খানা প্রস্বাব ঠিকমত হয় কিনা তা লক্ষ্য রাখব।
১২। এন জি টিউব, ক্যাথেটার থাকলে অবশ্যই যত্ন সহকারে খেয়াল রাখবে।
১৩। প্রত্যেক দিন ২/৩ বার হাটাব এবং রোগীর চাহিদানুযায়ী শরীর, হাত, পা ম্যাসাজ বা ব্যায়াম করাব।
১৪। রোগীকে পত্রিকা, গল্পের বই ইত্যাদি পড়ে শোনাব এবং রোগীর সাথে সুন্দর করে কথ/ গল্প করব।
১৫। রোগীর ব্যবহৃত কাপর, বিছানাপত্র গুছিয়ে রাখব।
১৬। প্রয়োজনীয় মেডিক্যাল সরঞ্জাম অবশ্যই যত্ন সহকারে পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখব।
১৭। রোগীর অভিবাভকদের সাথে সম্মানজনক ব্যবহার করব। তাদের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেবা প্রদান করব।
বিঃ দ্রঃ নার্সিং কাঠামোগত শিক্ষা অনুযায়ী সার্বিকভাবে সর্ব প্রকার নার্সিং প্রদান করিব।
